At AYM Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a smooth and trackable refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt for tracking; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
